Sourcing: Assistance in finding and selecting furniture and decor items that fit within your budget.

Please note that procurement services are not included in this package, however sourcing support is provided for a fee.

Sourcing Fee: Waived for up to 5 items sourced. For 6-10 items, a flat fee of $150 applies. For over 10 items, a flat fee of $300 applies.

Procurement services are included in the package, allowing us to efficiently manage all aspects of your project without any additional procurement fees.

Sourcing Fee: Waived for up to 5 items sourced. For 6-10 items, a flat fee of $150 applies. For over 10 items, a flat fee of $300 applies.

Note: Any contractor or handyman work (such as assembly, installation, or modifications) will be billed separately outside the scope of design work.
